Cajun Spirits Distillery — the first distillery in New Orleans planning to produce a comprehensive selection of spirits using sugarcane — needed to launch their brand and products via the web. Bottles had yet to hit shelves, and CSD wanted a place for people to learn about their rum, vodka and gin.
We developed a brand creative identity that juxtaposed archetypal New Orleans music, history and culture of New Orleans with a modern, cosmopolitan aesthetic — a match for the "New New Orleans" entrepreneurial culture that the distillery was a part of.
We implemented the website using Wordpress to allow for flexibility as the distillery grew and added new products and promotions. Custom programming added interactive features such as a home-page product slider, a location map and "ambiance quotes" featuring comments on New Orleans and spirits from notable and notorious personalities alike.
Business cards and label designs finish also debuted for brand launch, and we expect to extend the brand campaign to other tools as CSD grows.

Family Services of Greater New Orleans is a non-profit organization that offers counseling to troubled children, families, former prisoners and much more. They engaged Etkindesignstudio to improve their website.
Their current site was outdated and didn’t provide the information necessary for clients and donors. By removing the Facebook plug-in from the home page and adding new and relevant content, Family Services can now connect to its audience in a fresh and more effective way.
• The project team of three people completed the work in two months.
• Users can now find information on the website that previously was only
available by calling the Family Services office, saving staff time.
• The creative team refreshed the brand and created taglines in order to increase online donation.
• We improved the slideshow functionality, now more effectively featuring programs, case studies and a donate button.
• The site is now mobile ready, making it viewable on different sizes of handheld devices.
* We also designed their Gala invites.

Several different logo designs I have created through the years.

Sun Custom Restoration came to us needing a logo and website redesign.
The old logo had a very simple line drawing of a wooden traditional New Orleans architectural feature. We redrew the logo to make the mark bolder and increased the size of the name.
What is great about the site is that it showcases projects and makes services a part of each project. The site also gives visitors renovation and restoration facts that are specific to historical building codes in New Orleans.

Our Lady of Holy Cross College is a private Catholic University in New Orleans, founded by the congregation of the Sister Marianites of Holy Cross. The Marianites focus on educating the whole person "one mind and one heart". Each student is important and brings something unique and different to the school. To illustrate this point, we photographed students for the cover as well as showcased a historical timeline of the school's over 100 year old history. The theme of this annual report focused on OLHCC's faith in education through the support of their students as well as their staff.
