Hello my name is Maria Etkind. I am a freelance creative director and web designer living and working in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Here is a little about me. I was born in Panama City Panama and I can comfortably say that I am a "global citizen". My travels in Europe have forever changed my view of the world, design, architecture, fashion, food and people. Durning my free time I enjoy making hat and have a small couture hat business called Maria Etkind Millinery.

I am an experienced creative director with roots as a graphic designer. I partner with corporations, small businesses and agencies to establish compelling and elegant brand and visual identity systems. I also help organizations develop supporting marketing communications campaigns and tools in all media formats — print, web, social and advertising. Now during COVID-19 it is even more important to have a strong online presence.

I am interested in freelance work with agencies, as well as direct work with small businesses.
